As people have stated above, The freeze command works perfectly fine, i use to use freeze over jail.
And for if the person LTAPS, just simply make sure you have some form of evidence, send it to an admin, and they can ban them for LTAP, it is really not that hard |

This has been brought up countless times in the past and it's just not going to happen. Mods have everything they need. If you want more powers go for admin. |
