How easy is it to ban evade on Discord?

when you ban someone on discord it bans all their alts too(it bans by IP and they'll have to restart their router if they want to ban evade

also

You can enable the verification shit and not let anyone without having their email verified enter

and as said above bots are very easy to make and automation is easy

It's just as easy to enable phone verification on your sever so everyone who wants to do anything on the discord has to verify their phone, not to mention you can stop any account from doing literally anything for a set amount of time until a timer passes
