Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: warn them 3 times, after that i would give a 10 minute mute, if they then did it again i would give them a 30 minute mute, then 1 hour 2 hour, 5 hours and then 24

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: warn them not to do it again, if they proceed, kick them from the server, if they join back and do the same, they get kicked again, and if they do it a third time, a temp ban for 1-2 days.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Player A and Player B are friends. they are on opposite teams, PLayer A is prop side, he messages his friend with a message saying "he's the orange behind the bin". Player b then kills the orange behind the bin.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): the server currently has no mods or admins when im on, I've run.managed servers in the past via MC rust ark e.c.t i know how to control a situation and effectively solve it without power tripping. I've got a ton of experience with running/staffing servers.and the game desperately needs staff right now, whether it's me or not. I just want to help out, too many people ghosting/screaming right now.
