Essentially, for me, I'm in a cycle currently.
Get staff, resign a few weeks later, then minge around until I get banned.
This caused me to get community banned and lose any trust I had with the community.
However, I'm determined to break this cycle.
I'm aware my attitude can be a bit shaky at times, and so can my knowledge of the new rules. However, I can assure you, it's a work in progress that will be corrected very quickly. I have been staff in the past and have been applauded for the excellent manner in which I handled sits. I feel like I could continue handling sits in this exemplary manner, and since I am a Server 3 player, I can help staff an extremely understaffed server. With moderator, I feel like I will very swiftly correct the negatives I have and become an excellent addition to your staff team.
Thank you for reading.
Not even a week ago since you've admitted to breaking rules and having a bad temper, saying you would change. And you have a recente warning, even if you got someone to remove it, you did break a rule.

Not enough time for someone to change, at all, not even close... You applying for staff again just shows that you are not trying to break that cycle, you're doomed to repeat it. You seem a bit imature, and I don't mean for this to be personal, just giving you my honest opinion, I get you are 14 and this might weight a bit in your thought process, but if you want to prove you have changed, you need time, not rush it and do the same steps you apparently have done before.
But anyway, good luck.
I have done these same steps in shorter time in the past, and my warning was because I killed a friend as a joke, but the moderator did not see it as that and was not aware that he was my friend. I explained the situation, and he removed it.
The cycle is something I can easily break, it is simply that I've chosen not to in the past. I am aware my maturity and attitude is of concern, however this has been improving rapidly over the past few days compared to what it was, and I'm hoping to see it continue to improve.
Thank you for your feedback anyway, this has been extremely helpful in making me see the flaws in my mindset.
