▼ A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you’d go aboutthis and resolve the situation. ▼

I would ask the new player who he would like to report and if he could share the evidence he has, If I deem the rule break of the accused player to be something which I as a Moderator can probably cant handle (For example: Hacking) I would redirect the player to the forums and instruct him on how to make a ban request on the accused player or if there is a higher staff member online I would redirect the player to him. If the rule break is within the ones a Moderator can handle such as Chat Spam, I would msg the accused player and conduct a sit hearing both sides and than decide my verdict.

At first I would message them asking them to stop chat spamming, if they continue I will than mute them for a short amount of time, and if even after the mute they continue I would give even a stricter punishment.

▼ Explain how you’d deal with a player that’s harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. ▼

I would first ask the player who’s harassing and disrespecting to stop, I would try to make peace between the player if I can, if the player doesn’t stop I would mute him and if the player possibly continues after the mute I will have to act harshly.

I am a mature, responsible, calm & friendly player, I have received lot of knowledge of Minecraft during my time playing in the server. I spend a lot of time in the Zarp Community whether it's in the forums or in the servers. I would like to become part of the MC staff team so I could help contribute as much as I can to the server, I really love it – this can be showen by the fact that I’m the top in all the leaderboards , I believe my contribution currently is very low than what I can actually provide and do for the server if I am to be accepted as a staff member. I believe I have achieved enough trust from the players of Minecraft and ZARP, I’m also a staff member on the SSRP server and would hopefully learn to develop and possibly help the server as a developer!

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Minecraft! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something

There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.
