Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

New Life Rule, otherwise known as "NLR", is a well known server rule which states when you die, you may not return to said district for three minutes. There's a timer at the top of your screen as well to keep track of the timer.

Example

Billy gets killed by the bank when he's raided, 2 minutes later Billy returns to the district.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming is the act of IC information through an OOC channel and vice versa.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Well, i'd handle the players F1 and teleport to him to make sure he's not in an RP scenario. If he's free and able to speak about this, i'd bring player 'x' to a roof and get his side of the story. Player 'x' tells me that he was a Mutant in his tunnel, and player 'y' ran in and killed him without player 'x' attempting to harm player 'y'. I ask him if he has any proof, and he replies no. I then teleport player 'y' to the roof and get his side of the story, let him know what he's being report for, and tell him player 'x' side of story. Player y admits that this was the case, I let him know what rule he broke and how to avoid this in the future. I believe a verbal warning sufficed this and teleport both players back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Well, i'd handle the players F1 and teleport to him to make sure he's not in an RP scenario. If he's free and able to speak about this, i'd bring player 'x' to a roof and get his side of the story. He states that he raided a players base, player 'y' dies and returns seconds later, the logs in the console can reflect this. I understand and take in his story, then teleport the accused player to the roof. He states this was the case, and was an accident. I let him off with a verbal warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I let player 'x' know in OOC that this is metagaming and tell him to type /motd to read the rules, he doesn't do it again.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I really like this server its very fun and democratic. I like to help servers and enforce rules, this seems like a good server and i've played for around three weeks now! I hope that i will get accepted for this position, feedback is appreciated on this application! I'm friendly active and mature, know the rules as well. I cannot think of a reason for me being denied.
