Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
In my time as moderator so far, do i have learned how to use the commands perfectly, and i learned that i always have to be calm in a f1, even if its a mass rdminger. I also learned, that i should respect every player, because, if i respect them, they respect me. The most of my f1's have been about NLR / RDM / RDA / False Demote / Fear rp and sometimes people call me for some questions about the rules.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
One time, was there 3 rdmingers one the server 2, there was no staff on, so i got called from steam that i should join the server. Then i came in, and there was 3 mutants with big weapons (ak 47 and m4a4). after that, did i tp them to a roof, and froze them (So they could not kill me) and i asked why they killed all these people. one of them said because they was mutants and they allowed to kill everyone. then did i goto the MOTD page, copy the button of the text that is saying
- Mutants can KOS people in the water, the sewers, and people who attack them first.
- Mutants can be KOSed if they attack you first in the water or sewers, but anywhere else can be an instant KOS.
And after i warned them all 3 for rdming, did i also tell them that they can't have no other weapons than the default knife. so i warned them for that as well. they all understood it, they was happy that i told them it, because else have it been turned out to mass rdm


If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

I'm here to "train" you to be a good moderator

As you can see now when you look at your f4 menu, is there a new job called Mod On Duty, that job can you use when you only take f1's. you may not use it to do rp stuff, like build a house, or raid.

When you press f1, can you see there pops up a different menu.
Active F1's In this f1 menu can you see the active f1's. you can see who maked it and what is it about, in he re, can you right click on one of the f1's. and see that you can press "Handle this" or "Mark as spam/abuse"

F6 (Warns) If you press f6, can you see there pops a warn menu up, in here can you see all the warns of each player. so if you see a mod application, can you copy hes steam id, and then press on "Search" and paste it there, and all the warns will pops up.

Log: Logs is the best tool you can use in a f1, if some said example that he got rdmed, but he did not see who it was, then can you just seach the player's name in logs, here you will see arrests / kills / when he joined / jobswitches about this player.

Now, lets talk about the basic commands

Teleport:
/tp - with this command, can you tp your self, or another player to the place you are looking at
/goto - This tp you to another player. Example: /goto patrick
/bring - This command brings a player to you, but its a little bit buggy, so i will suggest you just do /tp
/back - If you have been in a f1, and you have tped a player to you, can you do /back player, and you will tp him back from the place he came from

If you want to tp a guy called Brother Simon, don't just type /tp brother, because then will you bring every player that haves brother in hes name.

Warns:
/warn (player) (reason) Use this on them if they have broke a rule, this warn would be saved, and then, if they get 3 warns in a row, will they be auto kicked
/unwarn (player) Only use this if you warned a guy accidentally, This is taking a warn back

/slay This command kill the player.

/freeze: This command, freeze a player perm, until you unfreeze him again. this one can you use if someone is mass rdming, and he wont stop, or hes running away from a f1. you can also freeze a player in Tab

That was all the commands you have, remember, if you abuse it, can you mabye be demoted

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello sir, i banned you because you were propspamming, but i can see you have worked really hard on this appeal, and really want to come back on the zarp servers, and start fresh, so i gonna lower your ban to 2 weeks, and i recommend that you read the rules again, have a nice day.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be promoted because i'm a nice person, i take it very serious when it comes to rulebreakers, i respect everyone.
I do alot of f1's, and sometimes i join the servers, only to do f1's in around 30 min, and then i leave again. I love to have a great talk. I never disrespect, sometimes on my friends, but that is for fun.
I am a very active mod, i have never been reported before, witch is good i think
I have been moderator for around 4 weeks now, and i think im ready to admin.
I'm friendly in f1's aswell, I'm always ready to explain a guy the rules again.
