I wanna help players to get started helping setting up base's , shops, i also wanna help new players to the game, like now im gonna help the new player hizzle brushi. i wanna help other players when they need me when they getting stuck, rdmed , cdmed etc.

im expect from my mentor he teach me everything about how long i can ban people for rules here, when i can ban when i cant ban. and what i need to do when admins help there friends to not got banned.

I sure as hell don't know you. 2 days means 5 hour a day average. Meaning 10 hours of gametime? Unless any other staff members know you and voucher for you, you're still unknown to us.

You know what RDM means and we probably all figured out what you meant in some way. If you had greater capacities than this, you would've given some examples just to prove Jericho's doubts wrong.

uhm this is confusing 2days means 5 hours a day average? (depends on how long you play ) meaning 10 hours of gamtime? what you mean with that last part that confuses me

No. It's about the amount of time spend around the community and getting to know their players. Anyone can be a good mod/admin with the training we give to new recruits.
