Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: If the player requests assistance or explains they don't understand I would link them to the ever so lovely Bhop tutorial by mawangshallhang. If they then understand, no other assistance is needed.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Depending on severity I would ask them kindly to stop, if they continue it would result in a temporary mute or gag.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If "exploit" in this sense is referring to cheating I would have to follow the hacking policy seen here zarpgaming.com/index.php/help/policies/75-hacking-policy. Otherwise if it is a typical bug related exploit, punishment would vary on severity and use case. But would also have to be reported to a higher up.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I'll keep this short as I've written several apps up to this point through my years of gameplay on Zarp and its servers. I've been playing Bhop and think it would be neat to moderate a server that isn't SSRP for once, I've shown before time and time again I can be trusted with "power" and just want to better the server.
