About Me:
Hello, I’m CEO and some of you may know me as Auzzi. I’m 17 and I live in Florida. I’ve been with the ZARP community for about 2 and a half years now.
I’m currently in High School and in my spare time, I like playing games, listening to music, watching movies, hanging out with friends, or chilling at home. Other than Garry’s Mod I enjoy playing Rainbow 6, Battlefield V, Team Fortress 2, Dead by Daylight, Minecraft Dungeons, Rust, COD MW: 2019, Cold War, Black Ops 2 and 3, CS:GO, PUBG, Warzone, and Overwatch. Some single-player games I like are The Binding of Isaac, The Beginners Guide, The Stanley Parable, Portal 1 and 2, Yakuza 0, Postal 2, and Half-Life 2.

Now for a bit on my staffing history. I started staffing on ZARP May 23rd as a Mod on SSRP, I then staffed for around 5 months until an unfortunate demotion in October of 2020. However, I returned on January 9th as a Mod again and the week after was promoted to Admin. Later on, in January, I got forum staff in Appeals, shortly after I got the SSRP section as well. Then, on March 6th I was promoted to Super Admin. Later on, I was promoted to Global Moderator, then Head Admin on SSRP, TS/Discord, and Murder. Finally, I was promoted to SA on the MC server. Then I resigned for a bit, and recently came back as a Super Admin on SSRP.

Availability
I can always be reached out to on discord (Auzzi#8750) and in-game when I am on. I can very easily respond to a staff member or user when they contact me for any reason.

Here are the staff positions that I've previously held:
-Global Moderator

I previously filled these roles successfully as well as holding a current Super Admin rank. I hope that this is enough to show I can be trusted with the role.

Activity
I am on SSRP almost every day that I can be, I post on the forums almost daily, and I strive to never miss a meeting. I've also been extremely active in those meetings, bringing forth most of the conversation and really showing ambition within said meetings.

My Plans
I plan to bring back events because I don't see the event system used very commonly. Secondly, I believe as a collective the SSRP Lead Team along with the Community Team need to work more closely on balancing and development of future and existing PvP centric items.

Why I Should Be Promoted

Time And Dedication
I've got great amounts of staff experience and dedication to the community, I had a great time when I was first HA. I feel like I'd bring a lot to the table again! This paired along with my timezone, allows me to be on at times where others may not be available, which I believe would be helpful to the server. It allows me to help out the server to the best of my ability whenever I’m on.

Attitude and Actions
I feel as though my attitude is respectful but critical. I am not afraid to give my honest constructive opinion, even if it seems harsh. In both giving and receiving feedback and dealing with staff members on any level I try to be understanding. I am always looking for ways to improve my work as a staff member and always looking to help out all the staff in any way I can. I have always tried to work on the feedback I was given. I also try to be as approachable as possible.

Forums and Teamspeak Discord
I have been active on the forums responding to a multitude of posts. Although not any report abuses on staff members have come across the forums since I came SA, I have responded to them in the past so I have experience with that. As for Discord, I've always communicated and I plan on keeping that up.

Experiences As a Super Admin and Further Ranks
I've spent a lot of time as Lead Team, I will use this experience to make sure that I am a good Head Administrator. I've made promises in the past that I've fulfilled, and I plan on doing that again. I will use all my experience to develop the community further and further!
