Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I feel like I have successfully helped multiple bhop players learn controls and commands, muting trolls, and by becoming an admin I could continue to do this to help keep the server I love a safe and accepting place

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): A user was mic spamming loud music and offensive meme audios, at first I verbally asked him to stop, then muted him for 5 minuets and explained why he was punished. Luckily after that he had decided to stop.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: At first I would show them how to access punishment options this will be by telling them to press tab, and click a user then describe the options of punishments, then tell them by pressing f6 they can access online users previous punishments and lastly telling them that

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? If the appeal was well written and seems completely apologetic I would personally support the appeal since it also being their first ever Ban. My response would be as follows: Hi /user/ we have read through your appeal and have decided to allow you to be unbanned. I suggest to make sure you read through and follow the rules and We hope you won't break the rules anymore.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I believe I should be promoted since I am one of the most active members in the BHOP server. I have an experience
being a moderator and have enjoyed my time as a ZARP user and this has encouraged me to want to make an impact in this community.
