How would you handle a TS3/Discord appeal?: I would first let everyone know I'm handling the appeal by answering to the appeal. then try to get all the facts together and speak to the person who handed out the punishment and the player who received the punishment. After that, I would decide together with the person who handed the punishment out what to do.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
kicking is mainly used to give the player a few seconds to cool down and rethink their decisions in life.
Banning is used when a player continently breaks rules after being kicked.
What would I do different with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
With new powers I would be able to further help on TS and Discord, also with these new powers i would be able to help out current discord/ts staff in anything they do.
