Why I Believe I Should Be Head admin

Activity
I am active on SSRP almost every day, I have never missed a single meeting yet, I am on TeamSpeak everyday most likely interacting/communicating to the CM Team/Lead Team, I try my best to handle every situation i can however also trying to let other staff members also have experience to handle situations as well.

Attitude
In my opinion i feel like my attitude has been really respectful and positive. I try my best to be one of the most approachable staff members on the server as well as that i am always open to the feedback people may have for me. I am calm with all the situations that are thrown at me as i am a very laid back person however i will take situations seriously if needed.

Experience
I have been Super admin for about a month now and in that time i have dealt with many situations that this role would be required to deal with. My knowledge has grown exponentially ever since obtaining the rank Super Admin which makes me feel that i am ready for the next step. I am always open to expand the amount of situations i can deal with which obtaining the Head Admin rank would allow me to do.

Trust
In my time as Super Admin i believe my trust within the community and the staff team has grown and i feel that anybody would trust to come to me about a serious matter that they wouldn't like to be open information. Having this rank as well as Discord/TS3 Staff show that i am already trusted with a certain rank which makes me hope that everyone trusts me.

Plans
As a Head Admin, I plan on being an active person for all people to be able to approach at any time. Being Head Admin will allow me to be able to address situations that need to be addressed like restarting the server when needed or training Super Admins on time. Having this rank will allow the current Super Admins come to me for advice/help when needed. At the moment SSRP has no current Head Admins so i feel this application couldn't wait any longer.
