Random Death Match: When someone randomly kills another player without any good evidence or reason. Example: randomly killing someone directly after spawn or because they "had a hunch".

3 examples of acceptable KOS:
# Standing suspiciously near bodies (Could be hypnotist or mad scientist) without stating intentions
# Holding out a traitor item, if they are innocent but haven't said they picked it up from a body is still acceptable KOS
# Not shooting at a known traitor, implies they are their traitor buddy

2 examples of unacceptable KOS:
# Killing someone at the start of round because they killed you last round, this is rdm
# Killing someone just because you had a "hunch" on them and just felt like it

Why should I be chosen as a moderator?
Because I like playing on these servers and want to make them a more enjoyable environment without RDM'ers or trolls and have all people have a great time. I just want to ensure all people are having fun and will come back to the server because it means I'll have more people to play with. I also did used to be admins for arma 3 servers with large amount of control which I used to create great memorable experiences. I think i'll do the job great. I play on this server almost daily and think I'd do a great job!

While no doubt your activity is good, I've heard from other staff members that you're a nice guy in-game. But you might need to get a bit more experience with the rules, judging from what you wrote for three examples of acceptable kos.
