Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Ask them to stop Text/Mix Spamming and if they do not listen, I would proceed to mute them for a short period of time, if they continue I would mute them for a longer period of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Ask them to stop using the exploit and report it, if they do not stop, I would give them a temporary ban and warn if I had permission too, otherwise I would then report them to someone who is better suited to deal with the situation.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting: a phrase which is used to describe an individual in a pair of players that know each other and pick separate teams to tell each other where someone is hidden or a player's roll in the game. An example would be if Paul and Ringo decided that they would play prophunt and choose opposing teams to tell each other where props are hidden so that they do better.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I am a College student that currently has a lot of spare time that I can put into making this server better, I have also recently spent a lot of time talking to people in the ZarpGaming Community and I feel like I would fit in well as a moderator and as people love talking to me as I am very understanding and willing to listen to people talk, I have already helped a lot of people with my general knowledge of the game.

Extra Information: My name is Aron I have been playing Garry's mod for a long time now I am a student that is currently Studying Software Development and Maths I also have qualifications in English and Psychology and I would love to be part of the team as I love speaking to all the members of the community and enjoy spending time on your servers.
