Estimated Server Time: I played the server at the beginning but it doesnt show on my gametracker but it was around 4 days of playing time (and playing right now

A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation:
I will tell him that he can report that player to any staff member at all times. Ask him for the evidence afterwards and depending on the severity of the rulebreak. i will find a right punishment for him.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming:
Simply tell them to stop at first but if they keep spamming after being told not to i'll have to punish him accordingly

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Ask them to stop doing the exploit and forward the exploit to the LT if they dont know about it yet. Afterwards i'll call upon a higher staff to deal with it.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game:
Tell him off and if he doesnt stop i will punish him accordingly, If it still keeps happening afterwards i will ask higher up to make a more severe punishment as "ACTUAL" harrasment is just not ok.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I can bring some good staffing to the MC servers as i do have experience on staffing on other ZARP servers. The servers have been played less on lately but i wanna try and see if i cna make it a bit more active aswell as MC is a great game and deserves more love <3.
