Languages I speak: english and google translate (i SAID i would steal it)

A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player for ghosting, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation: i would ask him to pm me the evidence and if i found the evidence incriminating i would warn the user and explain that ghosting isnt allowed

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game: i would verbal the user to stop harassing the other user and try resolve the situation if the user carries on i would mute/gag them

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): i believe i should be chosen for moderator as while i havent had much time to play i have enjoyed playing and want to help the server as personally when the server released the staff seemed overwhelmed and didnt answer any of my questions i believe i could help as i have 10 months of experience staffing on zarp and have experience staffing on newly released servers as i was chosen to be minecraft admin when the server released not too long ago. i am also very trusted as a mc admin, ttt admin, discord/ts admin and section mod
