Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: 1) When someone is trying to crash the server , 2) When someone scams a user , 3) When someone has a lot of recent warnings and doesn't stop rulebreaking

Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
The F1 has 4 functions.First are the admin requests which can be used by a staff member to handle f1's made by users and can teleport to them or bring them.Then there are the warnings where you can see users who have recent warnings , why they got warned for and the staff member who warned them.There are also the logs which can be used to see who killed/arrested who and in which district (also shows time in which the incident occurred).Lastly, the active NLR tab that shows who has an active NLR and in which district

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
First of all , I would give him a verbal warning and tell him to stop interrupting the sit , then move him out of the sit if he is not related to it , if he keeps on interrupting the sit then i'd give him a warning for interrupting a sit.

Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation:
Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and
detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.

Hello user , I've seen your ban appeal and it looks like you are not really sorry about your misbehaviour and actions.So me and (the staff member who banned you) have decided to not unban nor reduce your ban sentence!I'd recommend waiting a few weeks and playing on other ZARP related servers to prove that you have changed before making another unban appeal

Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I am very active ever since I became a staff member and I have handled and dealt with multiple situations.I am very dedicated,fair and honest.Also by getting promoted to an Admin I am provided with more options which can help me handle situations better!For example,I can instantly freeze a rule breaker instead of having to rely on my keyboard or how fast I have to be in order to freeze the rulebreaker before he breaks any more rules.Lastly,I have good relationship with both staff members and users.
