Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
Hello (player), You have to hold your spacebar down to keep autojumping.
You make speed by strafing around or making circles.
You can strafe around by going left and right. So when you go left, you press the a button and look left.
and when you go right, you press the d button and look right, keep doing this until you can strafe around

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give the player a verbal warn, when they don't listen or keep ignoring me. I will mute/gag them for 10 minutes for mic/chat spam

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell the player to stop using their hacks/scripts/exploits in the server.
If they keep using their cheats or exploiting the map, I will inform an Admin or higher.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Activity I am very active on the server and when im online on the server, I never see any staff member online to moderate the server.
Trust: I have had a very bad reputation if you know who I am. But I have improved myself by a lot and have been very friendly and helpful to other players.

Extra Information: (Not Required)

I have seen that i have been denied 2 times because I have had a bad reputiation.
Keep in mind that it was 3 years ago, and i have changed alot.

So you got denied for not helping out enough and not having a "proactive attitude" and then you applied again and got denied for the same reason and now you're applying again and saying you were denied because of events 3 years ago? I have been told that, and yes I am helping alot fo players that are new to the server or have any questions about how the things work around the server

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP BHOP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Attitude improvement still required, not seen a notable change from previous weeks. Being a pleasant and nice at the end of the day isn't enough to join the team. Proactive attitude and willingness to help out is what we're looking for.
