I have changed my name a plenty amount sorry but my name on all those links is what is says in the query.
Estimated Server Time:
78-80. I'm really not quite sure
Languages I speak:
English, some German, a tiny bit Spanish, and tiny bit Japanese
Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would at first try to teach them myself maybe or send them to a video if they didn't understand. I have taught multiple people through chat and through mics and in person so I don't think I'm awful at teaching. Also refer them to !motd if needed
Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Depends on how many offences they have towards this specific thing. But if I saw them do it I would first warn them to stop in chat or with mic. Go to their profile (if there is a way to do this as a moderator) and see if they have previous offences and if they continue doing it possibly gag them for the set amount of time for each time or mute them. I'm not quite sure how punishments work with muting and gagging or how long you would do that but I could look it over.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Look if they have any previous offences (if there is a way to do this) then proceed to give them the proper punishment.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I think some moderators and admins don't really reply that often when I have questions or others have questions and I'd love to be able to help the people who do. When people do ask questions I do answer whatever I know but some information is possibly only accessible to moderators or admins. Multiple servers have a different way of how a moderator and the regular player and them differ in what they can see and I'm not actually quite sure everything a moderator can and can't do. But if I found it was something very serious then I would ask a higher-up or look over the rules again and see. I think I'm a pretty decent dude I have never been a moderator/admin before on gmod but I have for other video games/forums such as Everybody Edits, Tetris/Puyo Puyo Forums (I am retired now), and Minecraft Server admin (retired).
