as much as you're a good guy, myself, and im sure others as well haven't really seen you that active on the forums as of recently at all

Pretty good admin on bhop and the few interactions I've had with him have been pleasant

literally never seen you in the forums and your personality section is about why personality is important not your personality (apart from telling us your a nice guy)

Hey Siren! It's great to see someone is willing to go for forum staff, however, I feel that there are maybe a few issues that we'll be discussing below. Its no hate against you, I'm just going to state facts as I see them. Its nothing personal towards you.

Positives	Negatives
Staff. You claim to hold staff on multiple servers which appear to, in fact, be true. Being a staff member is usually crucial to becoming a forum moderator as the two go hands in hand (Especially for Report Abuse and Appeals).	Appeals. You'd have been a great choice since you are the only Deathrun staff member that I could find, and since you claim to be active on the forums I feel you could've at least handled this instead of letting it sit for a week and letting Martin do it.
Effort in the App, You seem to have put a lot of effort in your application, graphically wise. However, it is up to debate whether or not this by itself will be enough to shine over your negatives.	Inactivity Post I understand you have an inactivity post, however, if you intend to go for any staff position you should really show that you are up to the task and not be inactive when you are going for it.
	Activity. You claim to be active on the forums, however, you have in the past month had 6 posts, one of which is this application.

With all that in mind, I'm afraid that if I were to be a forum staff voting on your application it'd have been a no on all accounts. Your post count is inexcusable for General, You should be handling appeals to have a chance in the appeals section, within your last 6 posts over the last month you have not handled any report abuses either.

If you are to be inactive, that is fine, its something that we all do when we need to take a break, however, if you wish to attain new ranks and or be promoted you should take into consideration that being inactive is a big negative, and often a reason for denial. And as it currently stands, I feel that there are people much better suited for the job than you are and that you might need some serious work regarding the negative points listed above, before you'd consider applying for any of the forum sections.

I would've probably supported you at least for RA, and Appeals if you were to be active in the Deathrun scene and be handling reports and appeals for it, and the other servers that you are staff on. Do your best to keep an eye open for any new report and appeals for Deathrun at the least to improve your chances.

Generally, I'd recommend you become more active, especially in the sections for which you are attempting to go for staff. I do not know you for your attitude and such so I will not be listing them as either positive or negatives. You could be a great guy for all I know, sometimes people can make up for their shortcoming when applying, however, I feel that for you there's too much to correct in too little time. It may be best to take the points into consideration and then apply again next time they may open.

However, until such a time, it's going to be... from us.
