Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: i have been a moderator on this server for two weeks, and ever since i've become moderator, i have just been playing on zarp ph only, just stuck to it. i have been asking a lot of questions to other members of staff + the admins to really know how to be a member of staff and i have just been really enjoying being a member of staff; the staff community is so nice! also it is sometimes quite annoying to see no members of staff online when i come on, which means that players playing the server could have been up to no good whatsoever, and also could be giving a bad impression of the server; such as being arrogant, unkind, and maybe even harassing other players.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: if someone is constantly exploiting, ghosting, door blocking and/or mic spamming even after i've told them to stop many times; especially in a row, i would push out consequences for their actions. i would say that after 3-6 punishments, i would then ban them for 1440 minutes (24 hours), or maybe longer such as 2880 minutes if the crimes they have committed are very seriously done. when it comes to door blocking, it takes quite some time to go into the ulx menu and go to the player who is door blocking, or slay or warn them. it is definitely easier to noclip. also if they are being racist, extremely rude, arrogant and offensive, even if i have pushed out punishments towards them, i would ban them for 1440 minutes and give a reason as to tell them they are being racist, rude or arrogant.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Hello, congratulations on being accepted to be a moderator and welcome to the prop hunt staff team! as a member of staff, it is your responsibility to look after the server, help people out if they are asking questions, and to ultimately stop people who are committing offenses to the server, and breaking rules on prop hunt; thus making people's gaming unenjoyable.

tgag - disables people from using their microphones - use this when someone is mic spamming/being rude, sexual or racist
tmute - disables people from using the game's text chat - use this if someone is spamming, being rude, sexual or racist in the text chat
psay - sends a private message to someone - use this to tell someone to stop rule-breaking
webtauntmute - disables people from taunting from the web - use this if someone is playing a racist, or offensive taunt
unwebtauntmute - re-enables people to play taunts from the web/ends the webtauntmute
slay: kills someone - use this if someone is still exploiting or door-blocking after you've told them to stop
bring - brings someone to your location - use this if someone is stuck and is asking for help
goto - goes to someone's location - use this to get out of being door-blocked/if you are stuck
teleport/tp - use this to teleport you or someone to the location of where your crosshair is pointing
kick - kicks a target - use this if someone is still rule-breaking after you've told them to stop
forecteam - forces a player to the team you selected - use this to prevent someone from ghosting
fspec - forces someone to spectators - use this if someone is afk, and is delaying the round
checkspec - checks who someone is spectating
friends - tells you who someone's friend(s) is currently on the server - use this to tell if someone is ghosting

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hello x, since staff member x has permanently banned you and this was their first ban, i spoke to him, and other staff members to accept your apology, and to let you onto the server again. since you got banned a while ago, and you have apologized with great honesty, we have come to the conclusion that you can come back onto the server again, however, we are giving you a chance to completely change. this means that if you are seen committing an offense, or rule-breaking again, you will be permanently banned again along with a slim chance to redeem yourself once again. thank you for making your appeal, and when you do come back on, make sure to check the server's rules. but ultimately, ENJOY YOURSELF, have fun on the server!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): i think i should be promoted because i spend a huge amount of time on the ZARP ph server, whenever i get the chance to, i will come here. ever since i was accepted as a moderator, i have technically fell in love with this server, and i see no better server than this. with that being said, i am on the server for a long time, making my attendance as staff very good + always there when things seem to go wrong; which means that i get annoyed at people who are committing offences seriously, and not being able to ban them when they come back and start again. i'm there to stop the commotion immediately without asking for staff backup (and waiting a bit). with all this time being spent - i have also dealt with many rule-breakers accordingly and in a fair manner.

Definitely should get it. Very dedicated staff member and true to the rules. Always asks me about why he should do when he gets in a complicated situation. He shows that he only wants good for the server
