Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

I cant 100% say I have had any time on surf recently as a mod since I have haven't been staff since 2017 but I do remember how to staff on surf with ease.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

I remember my time as a mod I had a situation where we had a load of people come on the server and just spam easter eggs on one of the maps it made the server lag and had to get the map removed in the end. It was hard to see who was doing it but an admin did help I believe.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

First things first I would congratulate them or becoming one of the new staff member.Then I would start off with commands

as its a small amount of commands as the mod rank doesn't need many I would tell them each and every one, one by one.

!menu
This is a menu that brings up all commands that can be used to stop any means of rulebreakers within the server. You will find all commands of for this in there and very easily laid out. Also if you ever forget about how to type the command out you can get the menu up and do the command from there.

!gag / !ungag (SteamID/Player's_full_name)
This command can be used for mic spammers and people who are just being a pain towards the server. You will need to the ungag version to ungag them other wise they will not be able to use voice chat until the server changes map.

!mute / !unmute (SteamID/Player's_full_name)
This command can stop people from typing within chat. If someone is breaking the rules and being for and example racist in chat you can use this command on them to give them a time out of the chat.

!slay (SteamID/Player's_full_name)
this command can be used to stop exploiters and if need be scripters. This command wont get used very often so I wouldn't worry about it too much but if the need, It's there for use.

!kick
This command is very simple and self-explanatory but can be used if someone is mass rule breaking or needs a ban. If someone needs a ban and you cant get a admin+ on at the time the kick command can help at this point in time to help you work round this problem.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would contact the staff member who banned them and see if they think that the person who was banned is really sorry for there actions within the server and from that i would forward the outcome to be accepted or denied depending on the verdict of the event.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I think I should be promoted to admin because I am a great staff member to the ssrp server within this community and having me on the admin team within surf will make me one of the first to be there within the admin meetings making the server a better place in all ways I possible.
