Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would first explain the new user the basic controls of surfing, as well as tips and tricks on more advanced situations. If they still need help, I will provide further support as much as needed.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
First I would kindly ask them to stop. If they not, I will mute/ban them for a small time and if they still are continuing, they will get reported or however the server handles this. During this situation, I will keep a good tone with
the spammer and never show agression towards the user.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Before doing anything, I ask them to stop using an exploit. If the user is not stopping, a report will be made and a punishment according to the severity of the situation.

Why I should be chosen:
I have great respect towards fellow users on the server and I have often observed situations, that needed an assistance of a moderator. I have a mind of my own, I think for myself and thus I will always treat everyone with respect.
I am not easily offended and will always look for the best solution for a problem. Communication is important to me, as a lack of communication does not improve the experience on the server.
