Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would ask him to stop spamming. If he doesn't listen, I'd warn him and tell him that he will get kicked if he doesn't stop. I don't know if mods can chat ban/mute a player server wide, if so, I'd just do that. Maybe a week long chat ban, if that's possible. Kicking would be the last option, but I don't quite know which options I'm given, so... yeah xd

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Getting evidence of someone abusing a system is kind of hard, but if I had that, I'd remove all the things he gathered from the exploit and warn him that if he'll ever do it again I'll permanently ban him.
Also, I'd give a description from the exploit to the server owner to fix the issue.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when two or more people play in opposite teams to provide information for (in the case of prop hunt) the hunter where the props are hidden and the hunter can win 100% of the time.
Earlier on the server, players could bet on a winning team and double their wealth like that.
The example:
My friend is a prop and already dead. Now he tells me (or makes a stream to show me) where the living props are, so I can shoot them and win.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I'd make a ghost buster rp on the prop hunt server xd
They really bother me and other players and make it less fun.
More mods equals less ghosters. Especially if I'm the mod.
Me and a friend of mine are really good at tracking ghoster, and if I could punish them directly it would benefit the server a lot. Most ghoster don't play on a single server all the time, so by the time someone send a ticket and a mod/admin looks over that, they already left the server, did their damage, and wont come back for some time anyways.
If punished directly, the fun wouldn't be interrupted by them tho.

I don't know if this also counts for mods, but I read somewhere that you have a meeting every friday. I don't know if I can be in a meeting every friday tho :/
But I'd really like to be a part of the team and contribute something to the server.

The server really needs staff, just improve that activity, best of luck!
