Missed 2 days due to assignments with college but still managed to complete my f1s in the week ^^
Estimated Server Time: I currently have 5650 hours on Gmod; I'd say about 3100 hours of that was spent on ZARP if you combined every single name I've had

Give and explain 3 situations in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Example 1: Scamming
Example 2: Ban Evasion with proof.
Example 3: Above 5 recents when I'm giving the punishment.
Explain in detail the main functions of the F1 menu and how this can be used to help you deal with situations on the server:
1. Admin Requests, this shows you which user on the server has made a F1, it tells you how long ago they have made it and what it is for, the good thing about the time they made it is, you can check that exact time in the logs to make sure you get the right rdm,rda etc.
2. Warnings, this section shows you how many times a staff member has punished a user and the warn is still active, this is useful as if you are in a sit with a user for example "a admin may have jailed a user without a reason" you can contact that staff member to see if its valid punishment so you can punish the user accordingly.
3. Logging, this is the most useful section in my opinion due to the fact it tells you everything you need to know, from the user killing the victim to the user disconnecting say in a sit. this sections makes it so you can complete certain sits with ease.
4. Active Nlr, this section shows you a user that is breaking nlr and which district it is in, this is useful as say for example "the user arrested a victim in crackhouse" the user was breaking nlr, but got reported for rda, this user can still be warned for nlr even if he didn't rda the victim.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation: You witness Player A being verbally abusive towards you through voice/chat whilst you are carrying out your administrative duties.
If he did it once i would ask him to stop but if he carried on and had 5 recents or more i would ban him, but if the user has three recents or less i would simply mute him for a set time depending on how abusive he was being.
Explain in detail how you would handle the following situation: Player A makes an appeal on a ban that was placed on them permanently for prop spamming, putting great apology and detail into the appeal, admitting to what they did. Explain the process of how you would handle this appeal.
I would first contact the staff member that banned the user and ask about how severe the prop spamming was, i would also check how many recents the user had at the time off the ban, one off the main factors in my eyes is how long the user has been banned for, if he has been banned for say an hour i would decline due to him not waiting time off his ban or proving he is trustworthy, but if he has been banned for a good time, and has showed he has changed on pointshop or on the forums/discord I would accept his application and either shorten it or completely remove his ban depending on how long he has been banned and how much improvement he has made, I would use one of following:
Why I should be promoted (we recommend a minimum of around 150 words):
I should be promoted for staff as I'm always on the server when others are not and although I am from the UK I play US times as well, this can benefit the community as I'm on when people from the UK are not, I also believe I should be promoted as I always reach my f1 count before the time it is needed and I carry on doing F1s to help the server out as much as I can, considering my experience with staff as I'm a x3 moderator I feel more than ready for this promotion to admin as I fully understand the role off moderator as I have done it many times. I feel getting this rank would be a lot better for me as I always have to call an admin+ online to help me as moderators are very limited and I believe having these tools myself will really help as there are times when I contact staff but get no reply, so this user cannot be dealt with properly.
