Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
my situation would be if I see a random guy on the server whose massrdming everyone and then leaves I would just ban him for 1-2 days.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X I Talked to The Staff member who banned you to know the situation. But i see u explained your apology in great detail that your sorry since this is your first ban we made a desicion to reduce your ban to a 30 days Cuz exploiting is not allowed on the server.

So i have been a mod for awhile now and i served my time as it and this week i saw people changing theyre names to the same one also racist stuff about me which i couldnt change theyre name and instead i had to kick them i know how deal with reports depends on what kind of situation it is i help people by saying to them if they need help trying to figure uot how to drop theyre weapon or even how to open a shop help them get the content if they have problems while seeying errors for this position i will play on the server 3 -4 hours each day to gain mine activity and try to do my work as a mod i understand if this not gonna get accepted. That doesnt mean i will give up i would actually want to deal with reports on the forums as an admin which i didnt do when i was awhile ago. Cuz some people still massrdm and leave when only mods are on and im mostly on the server like everyday and if i would go for this position ill be more active now and when i will get admin. I think this is the time where i could apply for admin cuz of reasons i told.
