Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match, more commonly known as RDM, is when someone goes up to someone and kills them for no valid reason.

EXAMPLE:
Bob: HEY! YOU LOOK UGLY!
Sam: What?
Bob: *Shoots Sam*

Killing someone for no valid reason as demonstrated has consequences and is punishable, more commonly punished with warnings.


Explain "New Life Rule"and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule/ NLR is when you die in a district and a timer will be displayed on the top of your screen to show how long you have to wait until you can return to that district, returning to the district before the 3 minutes are gone is classed as Breaking NLR.
EXAMPLE:

Bob: *Gets shot in the head in the Fountain District and dies*
Bob: *Returns to the same district after only just dying*

Because Bob chose to return to the same district before the timer was over, he can be punished for it.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First I would ask Player Y, why did they kill Player X, if he confesses and has no recent warnings I would consider giving him a verbal, however if there is proof and Player Y is lying to me, I will punish them regardless if they have a recent warning for RDM or not. I would end the sit as always with a "Have a great/nice day!"


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would ask player Y did he break NLR, if he confesses it could possibly be a verbal yet again but will re-assure he/she reads the rules again. If it is clear that Player Y was breaking NLR, I'd ask him why and see if there was a legitimate answer but anything else will result in a warning/ Punishment.


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I know, I'm not really trusted with in the Community as I got Permanantly Banned of SSRP for Exploiting, and I would accept a Denial, but I'm going for Moderator to gain trust back.
I'm playing Zarp since 2014 and I was Admin twice with in that time, for pretty long times aswell.
I'm well informed about the Rules and my Job as a Staff Member.
Also I'm reporting loads of Rulebreaks with the F1 System, by joining the Staff Team I could deal with them myself.

To further speak on this, The fact that you think you can just apply for staff after everything you had done is beyond me. You are very untrusted and do not deserve a staff position in ZARP ever again after your mass exploiting whilst being an Administrator, betraying and wasting everyone's time training and figuring out what is going on. Massive -support.

Why is this relevant in any sort of way? Stop trying to derail the application and keep this only focued on Carl thanks.

No not really, I had a few warns here and there. And a warning for hacking over a year before I even attempted to go into the staff team. Your just bringing up stupid things. I donno man your a great guy but very unpredictable so at this current stage I wouldn't like to see you in this position give it a few weeks to prove the change first and then you can enhance this rather than building trust expanding on it via the staff team.
