Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I would first, get a video for them which explains how bhop works, if they still don't understand it after watching the video, I would do my best to teach them myself.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: If someone was mic/text spamming I would politely ask them to stop, if they refused I would gag them for a certain amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: If someone was to exploit and they didn't know they was I would ask them to stop, if they cared on after I had told them not to do so, I would contact someone with more power than myself and ask for their help in this situation.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I believe I should be chosen, because even though I'm from the UK, I play USA times making sure no one is rule breaking when most people have went to sleep. I believe I would be perfect was this spot, as I would make sure all new players felt welcome and knew exactly what they was doing before I carried on playing the server myself. I've also had experience staffing before on SSRP where I have been a moderator twice which is why I may have an advantage over some people as I understand the punishment system.
