Activity
I actively check the forums several times an hour. Even when I'm busy playing or working on projects, I keep the forums open on my second monitor. Whenever there is an unhandled request / appeal and I've got time, I handle it. I sometimes comment on appeals / requests that are handled by other people to give my opinion.
Experience
I've been actively handling reports and appeals for a few months now and I am very comfortable with the processes and policies that are in place. Correctly handling appeals and reports has already grown into a routine for me, though I always take the time to look closely into every single one to assure the best possible outcome. When I feel that a request / appeal is being treated wrongly, I try to contact the handling party to resolve the issue.
Constructivity
Whenever I am answering or commenting reports and requests I try to formulate my replies as constructively as possible. I go into detail when explaining situations or problems and I mostly try to educate others on how to improve in similar situations in the future.
Staff Activity
I've been in the SSRP staff team for around six months now and I was able to work my way up into the Lead Team. My main focus has mutated from mainly in-game work to more and more forum work. From punishment appeals and player reports to issues with staff themselves, I handle a wide array of issues both in the Appeals and Report Abuse sections. I have realized that becoming forum staff is the next logical step of my staff journey.
