You asked a lead team member to deal with a situation instead of you because you didn't want to make someone salty by warning them. You apply for staff in order to deal with rule breakers not to inform other staff of what they've done. Even though you were a Moderator in the past, I'd like to see you Moderate the servers for at least 2 weeks before applying for the Administrator position so we can see how efficiently you can handle reports and if You'll keep your activity consistent. Hello Krele3307

You just recently obtained the moderator rank and yes you may have a high f1 count this week though i would like to see you moderate the server a bit more. Seeming that i don't know much about you i wouldn't be able to tell if your behaviour and attitude are of the best quality. So i recommend waiting a couple of weeks to show that you are dedicated to this role and are capable to show us that you are a great man for the job
