What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) Ghosting is helping other people when you are dead, exmaple is you just died by a 50/50 trap and you tell the alive people which door to choose and so on.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) First of all I would give him verbal warning if he keeps insulting and being disrespectful I will write a warnning and then mute and if he keep being disrespectful after all those actions I would kick or even thinking of 1 day ban.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words)) I think you should choose me to become a modereator because a few reasons. first of all I had a succsessful deathrun server so I know how to opereate as an adminstrator in deathrun. secondly, maybe my english is not 10/10 but I am very good with peoples and I am not happy trigger or like to abuse my forces I just want to help the commuinty because I am online alot when there are no modereators/admins online. I think I can help the deathrun server keep everything sorted and just have fun with the players

He was pretty active when i saw him, he also was friendly and hasn’t broken a rule when i was on.

WirRload is a great candidate for moderator.

He has a good level of consistent activity and is a friendly and approachable individual.

On the fence about this one.

Active, but you do type a lot of arrogant stuff (even to me as an admin) calling me stupid for dying or something, which could be seen as disrespect, and possibly drive other players away from the server if you do the same to them. I also think this is down to a communication issue, for example originally putting this in the wrong section, along with an incorrect title, and then still keeping the examples in the template. I don't think you fully understand how it all works, including being in the position of a moderator role.

Alongside this verbal communication is also important so your microphone would need to be fixed, as any time you have spoken it has been a loud jumbled mess.

Both the activity and application seem fine, hopefully you have no recent punishments.
