Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or RDM is when a player kills another without a valid RP reason.

For example:
Player 'X' Kills player 'Y' because he felt like it. Player 'Y' Had done nothing to provoke, harm or antagonise player 'X' concluding RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR is when a player has died in a certain location, respawns and continues to go back to the location they previously died in. NLR is noted in districts, so you have to wait out a timer before heading back to that district.

For example:
Player 'X' Has just lost a gun fight to player 'Y' In the fountain district. Player 'X' Then respawns and heads straight back to the fountain district to provoke player 'Y' within a 3 minute timer.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would ask player 'Y' why they killed player 'X'. If player 'Y' gave a false reason, I would conclude RDM, if they had recent punishments for RDM I would warn them, if they have a clean rapsheet I would verbally warn them.
If player 'Y' gives a valid excuse but player 'X' says they aren't telling the truth I would ask for valid evidence (recording). If player 'X' can't provide evidence then there isn't anything I can do.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If the kills are within 3 minutes in the same district it is NLR.
If they aren't then it isn't NLR.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I think I should be chosen to be moderator because I have been playing on this server now for 2-3 years. I know what i'm doing in terms of staff, I am an ex-moderator.
I think I can benefit the server because I know the rules and I can play almost everyday (Only have college 2 days a week). I am a friendly approachable person who will give you help if needed. I hate seeing new people wonder around the map not knowing what they're doing so I help them. I haven't been warned for a couple of months now and i'd like to become part of the staff team. I will do whatever is needed to exceed in this community and I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon.
