Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would either link them to a video that contains everything that is required in order for them to start of in Surf. Or, even better, tell them to spectate me and the via Voice chat explain some basics as how to play Surf properly: Such as some stuff like that they will only be using A or D depending on which side they are Surfing on and explain how W is something they won't be using unlike in most games and Gamemodes and also that they should be using their mouse in order to steer. I would also go trough stuff such as velocity and even the server rules.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
In case of someone Mic Spamming or Text Spamming i would first ask them to stop. And explain to them what they did wrong and that it's forbidden to do what they did. Depending on the severity i would decide if a verbal is sufficient or if i would have to gag him for a specified period of time. If he decided to continue misbehaving i would be forced to gag him for even longer.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
In case of a User exploiting i would first tell them to stop, immediately. In case of them not obeying my order(s) i would be forced to bring on an Administrator or a Higher Up (Lead Team Member) in order to ban them from the server to prevent any damage and then leave it to them to investigate the situation further.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I recently started playing Surf and am, extremely, enjoying it. I hold many ranks (SSRP Super Administrator, Prop Hunt Head Administrator, Forum Staff, TeamSpeak Staff) and am doing an excellent job on them. I feel as i could do the same on Surf as i'm a very active, hardworking and benevolent guy.
