What is Ghosting? and give an example:(Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is the act of communicating with another player or players while you're dead to give them an unfair advantage. Ghosting is typically done through external communication systems such as Teamspeak, Discord, Steam chat, Mumble etc so it is not always easy to detect.
An example of ghosting would be: Player X manages to figure out the special code on Helix but fumbles his next bhop and gets himself killed. Player X, in his frustration, starts spamming the chat and tells the remaining runners what the special code is.
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:(Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Players who are disrespectful in their first few instances should be verbally warned to stop. Should the disrespect continue, the offending player should be warned and gagged temporarily with increasing durations of gags depending on how many times they've been punished before.
Why I should be chosen:(Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I have already proven my dedication, knowledge and capabilities in other areas of the community. I believe I would be an extremely valueable asset to the staff team as my previous experience as lead team comes in handy in multiple areas across the community. Deathrun is also in dire need of some active staff and I can guarantee consistent activity throughout the working week. Please note that I am submitting my application early in the week incase I forget later on; I can assure you that my activity will look much better by the meeting.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP Deathrun staff team.
Before you get started, a SuperAdmin + and possibly another Admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something
There’s a weekly staff meeting for the server at the above time, which is held on the ZARP Teamspeak server (IP: ts.zarpgaming.com). You now get a vote on the new staff members and we’ll keep you up to date with new events and server updates at the meeting.
