Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: bhop backwards

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: warn them then mute, then continue to bhop backwards

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: request them to stop and drop a warning, if they make a time out of it ill request the time to be deleted by an admin. (and continue to bhop backwards)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have moderation experience and I can bhop backwards
