Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: My time as a mod hasn't been much long , i have learned many things , dealt with few Simple situations,it was also fun at some points .

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
TBH , Not much situations ,I haven't encountered many obstacles , all I've dealt with mic/chat Spammers , Disrespectful players ,and players with inappropriate name .

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
first of all never forget this simple thing , always make (Kicking) you're last option , you have to be a bit merciful , for starters try warning , warning help the player understands he faults also makes things simple , if warning doesn't help you should mute him whether is voice or chat (if he is spamming the mic so loud the he won't hear you ,muting should be a first option) , now for the situations when you have to KICK someone , you have to maintain patience as if asking someone to change their name , their profile pictures because they are inappropriate , if someone the situations require higher staff you should get help as they will come and handle those situations , as for last being a mod is also being a trainee , so good luck for you who are going to be mods.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
As of the their first ban , i would be merciful , as if did show us the effort he but in apologizing ,i will consider lowering the duration of the ban to 1 week after posting the Appeal a day later (under the administration of a higher rank staff) , and if continues on cheating after getting he's first ban removed , will perm ban him again and won't accept any apologizes .

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
As of my time being a moderator I've received a lot of help from Super-admins and admins , and saw them help a lot of of people including me in different ways , getting advises and and guidance , i want to be able to help others the same way i received help from them , i want to be able to handle much bigger situations that require more powers (such as , slaying , warning , banning..etc) , i will try my best to make the server more enjoyable , and i think i'm more than ready to become and admin , i know what it means to be one , i know the usage of the commands .
