Server 2: www.gametracker.com/player/Matthew%20Dur...arpgaming.com:27025/

Estimated Server Time: no idea, over 100 hours for sure

Languages I speak: English

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: random dealth match (RDM) is when a player kills another player with no rp reason. For example: Chuteuk kills EMP in spawn district just because he is afk and bored, Chuteuk has rdmed EMP for no valid roleplay reason and should be punished.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule (NLR) is when you die or change jobs you cant remember what happened in your past life and need to wait so long before going back to a specific area. Example of NLR: EMP is raiding Matthew and EMP kills Matthew, Matthew returns back to his base right away to kill EMP.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask if player X has proof, if so and is valid I would check player y's recents, if non a verbal warning, if a few then a warning. if no proof is given then I can only give a verbal warning asking him to not do it again.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would check the districts they happened in and ask for proof, no proof provided I would then point out the closeness of the kills and if in the same district then I would check player y's recents and if non give him a verbal, if a few I would then give him a warning for breaking NLR. If they are in different districts then it cant be proven to be NLR and proof would be needed.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): I should be chosen because I am online every day, I have been with Zarp since 2015, I know the rules very well, I am always actively involved in the servers trying to get rule breakers off the server to better everyones roleplay experience on the server. I know a lot of the members, some of the staff and I am friendly except to people that join just to beak rules and ruin rp.

I took a few days away from Zarp for personal reasons i really do not want to get into right now or would i want to in the future. I am back now as my personal issues are gone. (that will explain this weeks activity). The personal reason has to do with why i told people i left Zarp, i am not going anywhere.

I guess some servers and communities look at nlr differently, some see changing jobs as nlr and some dont
