Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
When I became a mod I started feeling responsible and while I was handling F1's I enjoyed it a lot and me becoming Admin will give me new things for me to do like ban, jail and spectate rule breakers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Ok so I was just playing around in ZARP then I noticed someone made an F1 and while I was talking with the person the rule breaker killed himself and left the server. So I contacted an admin and then the Admin just kept on saying "niceee". If I was an Admin I would ban him for 1 day with the reason of LTAP.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Hello there. I am Panda and I will be your trainer. So the first thing I'd want you to do is press F1. And you will see active F1's, warnings, logs and active NLR. Say there is this person that made an F1 and you press F1 and right click the report and press on handle this. After that, you can either go to him, bring him or abort the F1. Now what you are going to do is go to him and tell him "Hello sir. I am here for your F1. How may I help you?". Then say "I am going to teleport you to a roof." After that, you should ask him questions about his F1 and what happened and who did it. If he doesn't know you press tab, find his name and then press on it and there his steamid shows at the bottom of his name and click on it. After that, you press F1 and go to the top right of the menu and paste the steamid and you will see the logs. If he knows who killed him then you can teleport to the person and ask him if he can bring him for an F1. Then handle the sit. If the both of them are telling different stories you ask the person that made the F1 for proof. If he doesn't have proof then you return both of them. If he does have proof you warn him for the reason that the person made the F1 about. Ok now onto the commands in the tab menu. There is kick where you kick someone with a valid reason. Mute chat is where you make the person unable to talk in game. Rapsheet shows their warnings/recent warnings. Freeze can freeze people for a certain time. Slay, slays the player. Mute globally only makes you unable to talk in game (Unable to talk in game I mean using x to talk). Teleport teleports the person depending on where you are looking at. Goto teleports you to the player. Bring brings the player to you. In back, you can either teleport the player to their last location or teleport them to spawn.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I

Hello there I see that you have been banned permanently and your ban appeal is very detailed and you put a lot of effort into your appeal. So I'm giving you another chance and you break the rules again you will be banned again. So you are going to be unbanned now. If you read the rules and follow them without breaking the rules then you are good to go!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): Because I will do better than before. And since I get new commands I can do newer things and also I can ban, jail and still warn people just in a more professional way you know? And me getting accepted for moderator made me inspired to become an Admin on ZARP When I become Admin and some other Admins are not on or just AFK and someone reports someone else of LTAP'ing I could help them. (And also I am making another application since last application there was a family gathering and I couldn't make it, anyways.)

You've been staff for a couple of weeks now so I'm pretty sure experience can't be a denial reason, You're reasonably active, PERSONALLY I don't see a denial reason unless you fuck up something this week

Panda you deserve this position 200%. I know i'm not a mod or admin but you obviously deserve it. You've helped me with many F1's and you have answered them quickly. So you're definetly getting this position as an Admin.

To be honest, sometimes I feel like you don't understand F1's or Storys of the reports. But anyways, keep your activity up and don't fuck it up. Good luck.
