I feel my time as a moderator has shown that I can be trusted with powers, and also shown that I have skills that can be useful when in a staffing situation but also non-staffing situations, I feel I have shown I have maturity and a good attitude at all times, I always try to handle F1's as quickly as possible allowing me to show that I will happily leave RP to help out a player, Though I have not been staff for long I believe that for the reasons stated here will contribute to me becoming an admin

One of my difficult encounters would be a user who RDMed someone and as I was bringing them into a sit for it they decided to Kill themself, Change their name and Leave + Rejoin, I then gave them multiple chances to listen to me, which then I got an admin over to jail them, Unfortunately once the admin came they left again and didn't rejoin this time, I believe after that an admin banned him.

Firstly if you press F1 to see "admin centre"

press on them and you can see a Handle button, this means you can handle it this is the part you'll see once handling , The other option is "Discard and mark as spam" this will basically just remove it from the F1 Menu when someone has made a report, You will see


Then you can press "logging" on the F1 menu

as you can see it logs kills, defibs, etc happens pretty self-explanatory then you have "click to search the logs", which once you search a name/steamID you get this


Then press "Active NLR" tab on F1 menu

this basically just shows Who has NLR and where.

Now press F6 this is the Rapsheet,

Now press "select player" and go to someone
If it's red such as,

it is a recent punishment, if it's black It is not recent


Commands
/goto (to teleport to a player) /goto [STEAMID]

/teleport (To teleport a player to your cursor) /tp [STEAMID]


/bring (To bring someone to you) /bring [STEAMID]

/chatmute (Stops the player from being able to use text chat) /chatmute [STEAMID] [REASON]


/voicemute (Stops the player from being able to use Mic chat) /voicemute [STEAMID] [REASON]


/freeze (Freezes a player so they cannot move or do anything) /freeze [STEAMID]


/slay (Slays the player but there is multiple slay options) /slay [STEAMID] [SLAY TYPE] [REASON]


/kick (Kicks a player from the server) /kick [STEAMID] [REASON]

and If you are interested in seeing if you have gained your weekly required F1's go onto Tab > Click your name > and you will see of course with different numbers

Thank you for your appeal Player x, After reviewing it and speaking to the admin who banned you I noticed you went into great Detail and apology, For this reason, I feel you should be unbanned and given another chance, Though if this happens again within a 2 week period the ban will be placed again.

Hello Player x, After reviewing the appeal and speaking with the admin who banned you I decided to Deny this appeal, Though you went into great detail you were given multiple chances before this and you continued for this reason this is being denied, You may re appeal again but I'd recommend gaining trust on another server before re-appealing.

I feel I should be accepted for staff as I have learnt how to handle situations and gained a better knowledge of the rules, I also understand how the commands work and when to use them, I have gained a better relationship with some staff who I wasn't in the best way with previously, I also feel I should be promoted due to my good attitude and being friendly, I also feel I should be promoted due to my skills such as, Not being scared or hesitating to punish someone if I feel it isn't correct though most times I will try to ask other staff as I do not wish to wrongly punish, I also believe I have a decent amount of Leadership as I am not afraid to tell people when they have done something wrong or have a bad attitude towards players they are handling, I also have experience in staffing in the community so I feel that I am a better candidate over others who might not have experience, I also have experience in staffing forum related reports/appeals so I know how to handle them, I also gain F1 count very quickly as I handle them as soon as possible though if I do not have logs I don't as someone else might so it's best to leave it for them, Thank you for reading!.
