Jailbreak Related:

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
"Random Death Match", or RDM as it is more commonly referred to, is when someone is killed for an invalid reason which goes against the server rules, or with no reason at all.
Some examples of RDM could be:

If the warden had stated that users must stay crouched, however has not disallowed standing to type, a Prisoner stands to type and a Guard or the Warden were to kill them for it.
If it is a Freeday and a guard decides to kill a Prisoner because they are walking around in a non-KOS area.

Give 3 examples of an automatic Freeday:
If there is no Warden.
If the cell doors have been opened and the Warden has not issued any orders.
If it is the first round after a map change.

How would you deal with a warden with no mic?:
If there were a Warden without a microphone, the way I would handle the situation would depend on whether the user had done this previously.

If it were the first time I had seen it and the user had no recent punishments for it:
I would let the user know of the rule that they are breaking, and remind them that they must have a working microphone in order to be the Warden. I would explain to the user that they should not try to be Warden again unless they have a working microphone, and that if they do it again then they would be punished, letting them on their way with a Verbal Warning.

If it were not the first time:
I would let the user know that they have broken the rule once again, and that they require a working microphone to be the Warden. I would then issue the appropriate punishments (warn/slay) for the situation, since they had clearly been made aware of the rule previously.

Choose one rule not already mentioned in the application and explain it in detail:
Orders:
The Warden must repeat orders if requested. It is only required for the Warden to repeat said orders 3 times, given that the Prisoners understand what is being requested. The Warden is not allowed to issue any orders which will lead to intentional and certain death for the Guards, such as jumping off ledges, typing "kill" in console, etc.

Why I should be chosen:
I believe that I should be chosen because I am a massively experienced and dedicated staff member in ZARP. I am currently Prophunt Server Owner, Teamspeak Head Admin and Forum Global Moderator, having previously also been Murder Server Owner, Deathrun Server Owner, Surf Server Developer, SSRP Head Administrator, TTT Head Administrator and BHop Administrator, which shows a massive amount of trust and experience in the community so far.
I would like to be able to help out with the newly released Jailbreak server as a staff member, and I believe that I will be able to maintain a high level of activity on the server and to help out to the best of my ability. After playing the server since the release, I have gotten the hang of the gamemode relatively easily, and have enjoyed the server massively. I helped out a little bit with Jailbreak before it was released, though that work had little to no impact on the end result of the server that was released, and have been prepared / trying to help out more with the current server as is owned by Clarky and DEADMONSTOR. As a staff member, I hope to be able to expand on this and help out with the server by climbing the staff ranks and putting in the input I can to aid the server in climbing the Gametracker rankings.

Holding such a standard seems unfair, when others are not held in the same light. I have been with the community for a while, and even if I were to ditch immediately, it would do no harm at all. Regardless, I do not plan to leave, and have not left any server immediately after getting a rank. Whenever I left a server after getting a rank, it was some time after getting said rank, and I played actively until resigning.
Also, I have less to do now with only owning Prophunt, so activity will be a lot higher than it ever was before.

Okay, you can be very immature at times. You tend to go for a sertain position then go inactive as hell on it. You were gone for a long time, then applied for a sertain position. Id say wait a week or two before applying.

I have to agree with Blocked here (akbar manyak).

It is without a doubt that you will do a great job on Jailbreak staffing. The problem is that you will do so for some time, and then slowly become less active until you want to apply for Lead Team. Once you get Lead Team you're active for a while, activity then drops again.

It seems to be a constant pattern; and again I have to side with Blocked. The server has just been released and needs active members staffing on it for a while until it's settled; not just members that will fill in the role for a few weeks then hoard the rank for months.
