I get that ive recently been un community banned, but im still making this applicatiom, its mostly for opinions and advice

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random Death Match, mostly known as RDM is when a player kills another player without a valid RP reason.

Here is an example sceneario : Player X is walking around the streets, and then Player Y suddenly kills him, out of nowhere, Player X then makes an F1, and I do the F1, check the logs for kills, and ask them for their stories, etc.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule, mostly known as NLR is when a player is killed, and returns to his point of death before the NLR timer has passed (3min)

Here is an example sceneario : Player X is basing, and then Player Y raids him, and kills him, Player X then proceeds to break NLR, by returning to his base before Player Y reaches his printers, Player X then kills Player Y, and Player Y makes an F1, I check the logs and notice that the kills are in the same district, and the time between the kills are under 3min, I then proceed to warn Player X.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would do the following :
*Take Player X to a roof, and tell Player Y that I will need him for a sit
*Ask for both stories and proof of the situation
*If the proof is valid, and that Player X actually RDMd him, I would warn him if he had recents, if not I would verbally warn him

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would do the following :
*Take Player X to a roof, and tell Player Y that I will need him for a sit
*Ask for both of the stories to see if Player Y is lying
*Inform Player Y about the rule he has broken
*Warn him if he has recents, verbally warn him if not

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I have alot of gametime the last 2 weeks, I am friendly, active, and mature.
I make reports on rulebreakers in the report abuse section
I have held the following ranks in the past
SSRP Admin, Bhop Admin, Deathrun Admin
I have never had a single report abuse accepted on me as a staff member, I have only been talked to once for inactivity.
I dont hold any grudges, I take my staff work seriously, I handle situations correctly.
I have a decent rep between me and some staff members.
I have been trusted with alot of powers between the servers.

Nothing personal against you really just that not sure you have earned your 'trust' back yet. A cm ban is a big thing and i don't believe you have waited long enough yet. It is a fact that we denied Ashur for having recently come back from a CM ban. If we would be fair, we'd also deny you for another week or so.

However, it is also a fact that I myself have had issues with Ashur and a couple of rules. Not recently, mind you, but the issues did still exist. As far as I'm aware, there have been no such issues with you.

In fact, I've had the exact opposite. I was cloaked and noclipping around the map and stumbled upon you. I quickly noticed you breaking NLR as you walked into the Fountain District, and just as I was about to pick you up and scold you you quickly left the district the moment you noticed your mistake.

It might just be a slight example of you following the rules and having clearly learnt of your past mistakes, but it's an example nonetheless. And because of that I will defend you this coming meeting regardless of what other people mention. I can't 100% confirm you getting accepted, but I'll damn well try.
