I would like to see you more on the forums, as I hardly see you around here. I'd also like to see more of you on Teamspeak - talking to the staff team, and especially the lead team, is very important as a Lead Team member. Communication is key, so talking to people is basically a must. Several Lead Team members will vote no for you because they've never heard your voice, so please do use a microphone from now on.
I've hardly seen any meeting input from you. Talking in meetings, stating your opinions and saying anything about the applicant is definitely an important aspect if you want to become a Lead Team member.
Prove that you can improve on these aspects and you will get my full support.
Good luck!

I usually don't put input in meetings because comments get over looked a lot unless someone calls out your comment, I'll start putting more input into the meetings, and I'll start using my mic around lead team members, mainly lead team members because I kind of like the reputation of not talking and quacking. The one thing I don't understand is the part about teamspeak, I am always on mainly because I leave my computer on and don't leave ts, but when I get on I look for a channel with lead team and ask to be moved in, also it may be. Because of timezone because I rarely notice you on TS other than the meetings, other than that I can't really recall multiple times of seeing you on ts, thank you for the feedback man and I'll start posting more on the forums.
