How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
As an administrator, my time may have been a bit short while applying for Super Administrator but have came up with new traits I acquired with becoming Administrator on SSRP. I have experience with F1s as also working with the Lead Team to solve problems. I know what needs to be done in every situation thrown at me. I am dedicated to SSRP through my activity and dedication. My time has been enough to learn everything I need to become a Super Administrator.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I am a good candidate for the SA team as I am experienced with former and current Lead Team positions with Deathrun and Murder Head Admin. I am trusted to follow staff ethoses and even enforce them to let users and staff have a fun time while playing the server.
Dedication:
I am very dedicated to SSRP and even though my dedication might not be much it is still quite well seen by the users and staff alike. I am quite active with time to solve
everything I need to before moving up the hirearchy of situations. I am a Deathrun and Murder Head Administrator which shows my trust in the community with 2 Lead Team spots. I know all the commands and even know how to handle report abuses and issue punishments to staff when needed.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
As an administator, there was this one time people made F1s of a hacker but since no Lead Team was available to issue an anti-cheat not much action could be done. As a Super Administator, I would be able to catch hackers who are ruining other RP times for users.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Firstly, I would state that I would handle the report abuse with the message "I will handle this" or something along those lines. Then I will make sure the correct template is followed giving them 24 hours if no template has been used. Once they fill the template, I would first look for any evidence that proves the staff member abused their commands. Then after speaking with the staff member, I will issue two outcomes:
Accepted Outcome:
Hello player X, after speaking to the staff member and looking over the the evidence, I have decided to accept this report as the staff member clearly abused commands to ruin your RP fun for their own benefit. Thank you for submitting a report and we hope your service can be continued.
Denied Outcome:
Hello Player Y, after speaking to the staff member and looking over the evidence provided, I have decided to deny this report as the evidence isn't enough to prove the reported staff member abusing their powers for their own benefit. Next time please make sure to have VALID evidence with the next report.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
Firstly, I would ask the staff member why they banned the user for that amount of time. The staff member then says since he was mass prop pushing in spawn so they banned him for 2 weeks for prop pushing. I then ask how they kept prop pushing to deserve 2 weeks. The staff member then explains they only did it once which then the user then makes an appeal. I then state that I can handle the appeal and then proceed to tell them that the staff member admits that 2 weeks was way too much time and therefore requests the time to be shortened which I then allow decreasing the time to an appropriate amount.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
Firstly, I would approach the staff member to tell them what they are doing wrong so I can help them manage an appropriate manner for the user. I would then ask how are they struggling giving them tips to deal with users appropriately and manage a healthy style of situations.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Firstly, I would ask both staff members to come to TeamSpeak to talk about what is going on. I would then speak to both staff members seperately and ask what rules the other staff member has been reported for and how. After Staff Member A gives their story, I would then ask staff member B alongside staff member A to get a better view on the situation at hand and then come up with the appropriate action to take place to the staff member.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
If a staff member acts in a disrespectful manner, I would invite them to Team Speak to talk about their actions and I would ask what they did that started the argument. I would then ask the staff member that was disrespected and ask what the staff member did to them. Once I reach a conclusion, I will either decide to say that we will vote on what to do in the LT Meeting about the staff member for disrespect against a fellow staff member and then causing an argument if they didn't mean to and apologised, I would let them off if the offended staff member does want to forgive them and I will remind them both that their actions could harm users even if they make up as a team and not enemies.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
Firstly, I would ask that staff member to come to TeamSpeak to talk about their actions. I would tell them that breaking rules that could harm users IS NOT ALLOWED and that they face a punishment by stating I will be bringing it up in the LT meeting to discuss their actions with other members. I will then tell the staff member that any sort of rule breaking to harm users could result in a bad influence on the staff team and most importantly themself. After speaking to the staff member, I would then tell them not do it again or it could be an emergency demotion.
