When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:

An instance in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command would be where someone broke a rule then left instantly after, as this would be seen as leaving to avoid punishment, or LTAP.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:

There was an instance of an extremely disrespectful player. He was consistently being disrespectful, so I muted him. After unmuting him, his friend left. He then decided to scream racism down the mic then instantly leave. Due to my available commands as a moderator, I was unable to personally punish him adequately, so I had to notify an administrator to ban him. With the rank of administrator, I would easily be able to do this myself.

Why I should be promoted:

While some may reckon that this application seems rushed, and that I should wait longer, there are reasons for it. I partially agree and I partially disagree. I partially agree because, while I am perfectly fine at using my commands properly, some may still believe that I need to get to know the gamemode properly and understand every single situation and the adequate punishments in such situations. However, I am very experienced with the ULX menu, due to my rank of TTT Admin and previous times where I have held this rank. With this experience, I am able to complete my role as staff with the utmost quality. I do my best to keep my fellow staff members in line, speaking to them about their actions where needed, which is arguably a very difficult task with just the rank of moderator. Considering I'm managing to do this at moderator, the possibilities I would have at the rank of administrator will be exponentially more expansive.

I do see you every now and then, with good activity, but just because you are experienced with the ULX menu does not mean you are enough for admin.
But seeing you as an admin would help the server a lot more because there is not always an admin to help users out and keep the server clean. I see both negatives and positives, but mostly towards the positives. You have a lot of experience not just in the ULX menu but also in situations where you need to work around to solve the situation but you also dont have a good playtime: (1500 mins=25 hours). In my opinion, I believe you should wait another week and work on the application a bit. But there are also the positives about you, like how you are a TTT Admin with good experience. I wouldn't mind if you were to become an admin aswell. This is why I'm giving this one a neutral. Another bonus to add is that I see you on ts a lot more often now aswell talking to staff members which is always nice!

So you have just been accepted as mod less than a week ago so yet again you application seems a bit rushed to my liking. I don't know if you even attended a staff meeting yet so that's another thing as well. You're rarely on the server since I almost never see you apart from today. Although you know the rules well I don't think you are ready for admin yet, you have to prove yourself as a mod firstly.
For now I will NOT SUPPORT you. Goodluck though!

You are a really great guy with past experience, you have good activity and you are friendly and kind. I don't think waiting another week will prove anything. He is already admin on TTT which just shows that he is experienced and trusted. His application is just as long as mine, so saying his application seems rushed doesn't make sense. And he is in fact active on the server while also being active on the teamspeak and interacting with the staff team. Even though he just got moderator this week I definitely think he is ready for a promotion. Good luck buddy!

I understand what you mean, but then don't say that he has "low" playtime. Instead say that his gametime could be higher, which is definitely true, whilst saying that his gametime is low is actually false.
