Good admin and a nice guy.

Don't particularly think that we need a New SA considering one was just accepted plus you tried to warn me for RDM a few days back when it was a valid kill, maybe working up on your full knowledge of rules before applying again

Fred, as an administrator I feel you're friendly and active in game, and can help out when needed. However, something I saw today annoyed me a good amount. You and your gang were launched nukes on server one and completely ignoring any F1's coming in. If you can't control the admins in your gang to help get the F1's done and put your position ahead of getting super charged uranium, I don't think you're ready to be put in control of a lot more responsibility that super-administrator would entail.

Everyone makes mistakes and from what I've seen of Fred he checks all the right boxes for the position, although I am not and have never been staff on ZARP if the current superadmins are the standard for the position then Fred looks like he can easily go above and beyond.

Lets keep this thread towards the person that is applying.

Anything else should be said on steam or teamspeak

I myself have been trying my hardest to get staff members to do their job by doing their f1's all the time. I then had to message both you and ChummXray over steam to get you assistance to encourage staff to do f1's. I then got a kind message from what seemed to be a user but actually raifster undercover saying "thanks for doing your job" and as soon as raifster said why was everyone ignoring me suddenly everyone became active again. It seems that having a tag that says your apart of the lead-team is the only way of encouraging staff to do f1's. Im not saying I am dis-couraged to ask for help because I am not.

I told you what you should do in the future to alert people that you aren't actually rdm'ing people because from my perspective it seemed that way before i checked the logs and I'm sure they would have created an f1 about rd. which would have wasted both mine and yours time.
