If you read the top of my application i did add that i re-posted as i was denied for some reason and i will ask the HA's for feedback then post for more feedback from others. I just like to hear all the feedback. The reason i post again is because i think i'm ready and the reason they deny is obviously they see a flaw in the process of me becoming this rank. I will keep trying to constantly improve to the best of my ability because that is what i want to do.

It's all good dude, I completely support you for being HA you are a great super admin and you deserve it. I just don't like that you can apply for it now

Great and friendly staff member - I only experienced him for a short period of time as Admin but he always went out of his was to help with any issues I had. Overall raifster i think you are friendly like morgan said. I wouldn't know how you are like in the lead team meetings but the only thing i can say to improve on is Activity and "DO SOME F1'S!!!!!!
