Secondly, earlier this week on the server, you were messing around with another player doing bizarre sexual acts and all, which is fine really, by all means you should have your fun, but when a player approached you and asked for help, your reply was "why me? you couldn't find a different moderator?", and you proceeded to go back to your shenanigans and the user got no help at all from you, if you were in an important roleplay situation such as a bank raid I would say you were easily excused, but you weren't doing anything important at all and you refused to help that user, which is also a big no-no

All in all, I would say you must work on those things in order to become a good admin, even if you got the rank, try and work on what I have aforementioned.

tl;dr: act more professional on the forums and be more helpful on the servers even when you're not on duty.

Hi, thank you for your comment, I believe the comment i said in that post was abit over the top but there was not a single staff on murder so no one could sort him out so it got to the point i had to get hit to shut up and prove a point (which i did thanks Annie)
Agreed that was a bizarre evening but funny as i had to unwind from the days work of f1s i had, they were up to my kneck and i was slightly miffed off that no over staff member would help the user or any user to be fair, agreed here are a few staff that have helped me out in the post week where its been mayhem.
if you could look at the f1 list and they are saying nobody is handling them and there is 10 it gets frustrating, at the time of this user approaching me there was plenty of staff which have done little to none that day.

In such a case, talk to a super admin or higher either on steam or on the server itself that the F1's are stacking up and none of the staff members are helping you out, they should sort it out

That is quite fair enough however, you've got my full support man, hope you'll get it!

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP DarkRP! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

We just wanted to say Congratulations! The staff team has voted to accept your application, which means you’re now a part of the ZARP staff.

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank. There’s also a handy guide created by the community which should help you get up to speed with your new menus & commands. And don’t forget you can always ask another staff member if you’re not sure about something
