I know that I recently just started getting my activity up and that's simply because exams are over. The thing with my staffing abillity was like 3 weeks ago and that was such a minor thing. It shouldn't effect my chances that much. I've been fixing some of the maps the last couple of weeks, so it's not just this week that I started helping out. Thanks for a lot for your feedback though, really appreciate it.

Polsee is the only one that isn't giving 4 verbal warns before a official warn like half of the staff team does. If someone doesn't listen twice, he should defo get a punishment

The only reason he punishes so harshly is because he's actually a decent staff member who realises that people won't actually do anything differently if they get one or two warns

First of all, your trying to say here that our staff give 4 verbal warns lmao, hardly. And secondly do you really think a person that only disrespected twice and was given 1 warn, deserves a 4 day ban? I don't think so.
