Well I would like to say I'm one of the longest section mods here currently and currently staff in 4 different sections In which gives me a lot of experience with staffing on the forums.

I understand your experience and strength, but ace is more of a peoples person tbh, which is what we currently need in my eyes

Best of luck either way.

We don't need a "Peoples Person" to lock and move threads, or even to just simply moderate over threads/users.

In this case, Experience, and the persons skill is what is needed.

Experience, showing they can actually do the job.
Skill showing they know how to do it properly and possibly better.

them two things are much better than "A Peoples Person"
